At Hall & Benson, our Mortgage Services are available from within all of our estate agency branches, so whether you are a first-time buyer, moving home or remortgaging, we offer an advice and recommendation service to help you. We can even arrange your appointment remotely via telephone and use our screen-share tools too via your phone or computer too.We will provide advice and information about all the costs and charges involved when buying a new home or remortgaging and you can use our Mortgage Services even if you are not buying or selling through us. For your information, we are also part of the Connells Group and we have access to a panel of selected lenders, which enables us to recommend a mortgage product suitable for your needs. We also offer protection products too. In order to advise and provide recommendations on the right mortgage for you, our Mortgage Consultants spend time getting to know you and your requirements - this ensures that anything we propose suits your individual circumstances.

This service is designed to make your move as stress-free as possible.
Stay in your home
We offer advice on protection products designed to ensure that even if you are too ill to work, you still have funds to stay in your home. We can also arrange buildings and contents insurance for you, to protect your home and your belongings. The products are supplied by Ageas Insurance Limited for Buildings and Contents Insurance and Aviva for Term Assurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.
On request, we can refer you to a specialist Consultant to provide you with advice on additional products that can be designed to provide a lump sum or income for you and your family. These products are designed to help you and your family to maintain your current lifestyle in the event of ill-health or death before your selected retirement age. Our specialist advisers can tailor a solution to meet your individual circumstances.

YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY AN EARLY REPAYMENT CHARGE TO YOUR EXISTING LENDER IF YOU REMORTGAGE.
